Another Costco Trip...

Kids have a way of turning an otherwise mundane chore into something more interesting. And it doesn't get more mundane than a trip to Costco. But seeing my two puppies in the cart sitting side-by-side is a sight that is too funny for words. Thomas sits quietly like a gentleman, while Maddie tries with all her might to stand up.

Seeing that I am woefully behind on my blogposts, I have resolved to upload at least one picture a week for the next 50 weeks.
This last weekend, we took the kids to Palm Springs. The plan was to drive out during Maddie's morning nap, eat lunch, and take the tram to the top to see some snow. Well, we didn't quite make it to the top, as there was an hour wait for the next tram.
This leads me to my second resolution. This was the ONLY picture taken during our trip. So the second resolution is that we take photos of everyone on every outing.

Dori dori dori

Koreans teach their babies a repertoire of tricks to perform on command. These tricks are presumably designed to develop a baby's motor skills (or to foster obedience?) Anyway, Maddie has at least 2 of the 4 tricks in this repertoire mastered. In this video, she is showing us that she can respond to the "dori dori dori" command to shake her head.
